Mama and I first saw this super easy recipe on Pinterest.
After a little tweaking, she made a batch of organic peanut butter cookies.
They have been a favorite of ours ever since.
Simply mix together:
1 cup of organic peanut butter, 1 cup of organic sucanat, and 1 egg (my eggs are from my back yard chickens).
Once mixed, roll dough into balls ( I used a little less then 1TB) and place on cookie sheet, and smash down with a fork (This creates those awesome little lines on top).
Pop into the oven at 350* for 8-10 minutes.
Remove from oven, let cool, and EAT!
YUM!
These look so fun! I'll have to try them!
