Ingredients:
One yummy Bunny
mix together:
a little sprinkle of sea salt
6 cups oats (I use organic rolled oats)
1/2 cup whole wheat flour (again, organic)
spices, if in the mood (lol): cinnamon, nutmeg... (again organic and a sprinkle)
any add ins you might enjoy: nuts, coconut, raisins and/or dried fruit (soaked a bit first)
Heat to melting and pour over dry mix:
1/2-3/4 cups of your favorite liquid sweetner (I use organic lol),
such as: maple syrup, honey, agave
1/2 cup coconut oil (again, organic)
a splash of vanilla (yes, organic)
hmmm.. why yes I make this granola all organic, but you don't have to!
Bake at 300* for 40 minutes (stirring every 10-15 mins)
until everything is nice and toasty
Bunny!!
Local maple syrup!!
Makes two quarts PLUS a bowl!
Eaten our favorite way... with blueberries, milk, and maybe some more sweetener depending the sweetness level of the berries! Soooo good. And easy!
Here is where I should tell you what Bunny calls blueberries....
Bad Boys
Oh yes. I am serious.
As in: "I want bad boys." "I neeeeed bad boys."
Poor Papa.
She can say "blueberries" now, but clings to her 1st pronounciation--Bad Boys.
God is good!
I love my life!
