This week the latest Nova Natural catalog arrived in the mail.
And the oohing and aahing began (from me, not Bunny).
Last night, I was sorting through my wool stash, and an idea hit me.
I took a grey, ribbed, wool sweater, and cut off the sleeves and the sides.
I cut and sewed on a scrap piece of leather to be the shield.
I tied the sides with leather lacing.
Added a little hood.....
And now I have Bunny has an awesome little knight's armor tunic.
Who knew knights had such great boots!
The reading? That catalog along with a few others,
as well as my young mamas' life group book... Yep, that's it!
