From Pants to Purse

Last week, I made little messenger bag for my sister, Katie. I had a pair of shorts that I didn't like the fit of, but LOVED the cuteness of the pockets too much to just get rid of them.

 

 

So I cut and sewed and added an upcycled strap and a funky button that I found on clearance at JoAnn's Fabric.

 

She was pretty please with it... She squealed!

She is like that lol.
