    There is nothing like watching the butterfly lifecycle up close! My girls love when we hatch butterflies!

    Our moment this week comes from Emma trying to figure out riding her bike without training wheels! She asked her papa to take them off on Mother's Day and is now working on getting this whole balancing thing down. She stood like that watching Grace ride for quite awhile.

    Wonderful! We recently ordered caterpillars and watched them become butterflies. Only one of the six made it to the point of releasing, but we all still enjoyed watched each stage happen!

    I love this idea! So cool for the children. Will you set them free at some point? My boys caught tadpoles in our pond this year and wanted to watch them grow into frogs. We are releasing them back into the pond this weekend and I am relieved that one didn't die yet! Happy Weekend!

      We got our kit from Zulily but Amazon carries them too (as well as lots of other places) The greenhouse we put them in, after the hatched, came from Ikea
