An Enchanted Childhood Playschool ~ April 22nd-26th

Just a lot of playing outside this week!

Chasing butterflies!

Floating flowers down the stream!

And tossing them in the air!

Planting more seeds (beets and carrots) with Poppaw John.

Digging up earthworms!

And dropping them in various holes in the field!

  1. Hannah, It does my heart so much good to see these kids running around and playing outside and know that you guys are in the South. I grew up in a neighboring state and we were rarely encouraged to play outside because of the heat. So glad to see that you are getting the children you care for back to nature.

    1. We are in WV so it doesn't get too hot! But YES I love getting them out....

  2. I just love how much these children are outside! It looks like they're outdoors all the time.

Lovely photos! Wishing you a wonderful weekend.

  3. What lots of lovely Spring outdoor play.
Am loving the daisies in her hair.

  4. No one makes simple country play look more natural than you! Your posts are always a joy to read. I love the digging up earthworms, the kids are quite taken with their task there. Thank you for linking up to Country Kids to share your simple fun moments.

  5. It looks like they are having a wonderful spring! I'm envious of the big field to run and play!

  6. Lots of excellent science and gardening fun! Thanks for linking this post to Discover and Explore. I hope you'll be back to share for our Moon, Stars, and Nighttime Sky theme this week.

  7. Visiting from TGIF Friday. I'd like to invite you to my Friday Flash Blog, where you can share your best blog entry of the week! The party goes on ALL weekend. And who knows, you may just get featured next week.

  8. How precious! I love the pics with the flowers in the hair and the planting/playing in the dirt. Thanks for sharing.

I hope you join us again this Thursday at:
    The HomeAcre Hop

  9. I miss those days full of toddlers. Our veges are starting to sprout now. It's so exciting even for older kids.
