{this moment}

she acted rather surprised when, at last, we pointed out that her drawing looked a lot like the poster on the wall..as if she had no clue it was even there
this is why we choose to surround children with beauty, nature, art, good food, excellent books, respect, kindness, and all sorts of goodness
you never know when they just might absorb it and make it their own


Guess that has already been said though:

Philippians 4:8 Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things.

  4. What a fabulous moment! And I love your words paired with the picture!

    Our moment this week comes from my youngest daughter writing her first words. She has been writing her name for awhile, though the Ms are usually upside down, but this was the first time that she has written the word "Love". I love that love was her first written word (beyond her name)!
